Supervision Assured Ltd. was founded in 1975 as a family run commercial cleaning company. We focus on daily cleaning and support services, specialist cleaning and window cleaning. As the company has evolved, the company structure and operating strategies have changed in order to optimise the service provided to our customers with focus always on Health and Safety, Quality and the ability to operate as environmentally friendly as possible.

We recognise that all business premises and customer requirements are different and that in order to be an efficient and valuable resource to our customers; we must remain innovative, regularly review our practices and ensure that the service we provide is tailored to their needs. This provides the foundation for the work we carry out and assist us in improving operational effectiveness and eliminating unnecessary costs for our customers.

We have a linear management structure and every level of management is accessible and approachable. We pride ourselves in employing high quality managers from a mixture of commercial and industrial backgrounds so that we have a pool of knowledge and skills to draw upon for all situations and as an equal opportunities employer, we have a wide range of personnel who bring with them a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience.

All Cleaning Operatives are employed by Supervision Assured Ltd and trained on site and are easily recognisable with uniform and ID cards. We do not use agency staff or sub contractors so you can be sure that you have the correctly trained personnel on your site at all times.

There is a 24/7 emergency helpline which is staffed, out of hours, by key, decision making members of management. In addition to this all key personnel mobiles remain switched on. This allows us to be flexible and responsive at all times.

All our paper products are sourced from sustainable / recycled resources, down to the paper we use in our Head Office. We substitute, where possible, all chemicals for environmentally friendlier products without affecting cost and performance and we regularly look for and trial new, environmentally friendly products on site and we offer options for consumable products.

We use a number of tools to help us provide you with the best service including micro fibre technology, Quartix vehicle tracking, a rolling staff training programme, to ensure all staff are kepy up to date on best practice cleaning techniques, health and safety, environmental and quality issues. Peninsula Health and Safety provide extra support to ensure all information on site is in line with legislation and Telelog Staff Tracking allows us to continually provide a service that customers will want to keep.
